Each workshop creates a supportive learning environment to enable caregivers and educators to provide children with quality experiences that promote healthy brain development, appropriate adult-child interactions and positive social-emotional skills.

Each workshop is designed around these 4 key training strategies.

We focus our content around the “why” and the “Science” behind the many principles and standards that form the basis for early childhood care and education. All workshops are designed and delivered to build individual capacity in a strengths-based environment.

Our workshops are: informed by best practice in adult learning strategies, are hands on, interactive, and FUN!

Accredidations

Instruction is provided by certified staff who are Louisiana Pathways Certified instructors as well as LAPEN Certified Parent Educators and have over 40 years combined experience in education and social work. In addition, our staff are certified trainers for these nationally recognized curriculums.
